Guest Bedroom Ideas

I've been trying to decide how I want to do my guest bedroom downstairs in the basement.

    I love the first one - {especially the chair and paper lantern w/ bunting} and the last one - {especially the bedding}. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them though! If only decisions could be easy :-)
