The Iowa Famer's Wife made these really cute felt fish with a washer on the nose and then you can have a "Fishing Pole" with a magnet on it and have a really cute game to play with your toddlers.
I want to do this project but I think I will cut out felt numbers and stitch those onto the fish instead of the beads.
So Darling!

Thank you so much for the feature! Let's see if I can answer all your questions about the felt mat! #1) It took longer than I thought! I worked on it mainly at night when Sweet P was asleep. If I did again though, I would decide what I was putting on the mat and then cut out all my pieces at once. I would think of something, make the pieces and then glue it on. I think assembly style would run MUCH faster. It probably took 5 hours, total. But it was worth every minute. She's not totally into it yet, but I LOVE to look at it! teehee. It's all felt and all glue gun! Even the red edge is hot glued to the green felt. I bought a 1/2 yard of green felt and used the entire piece. So it's about a 1/2 yard in size. It's a pretty good size. I didn't show this on my blog, but it also rolls up and ties with a red piece of felt so it can go anywhere with you! Please let me know if you end up making one!
I am working on these tonight. I got stuck trying to sew them together. Trying to see if I can do it with my machine...
